I loved its simply decorated rooms.
Everything was simply perfect. It was relaxing and clean hotel with an outdoor restaurant. Caring and attentive staff who were always there to help. The venue was set in a remote area right by Cagliari and Villasimius, and beach and bus stops. Local fast food option Culver's was 10 minutes walk away.

The standard queen room was quiet and simply decorated, with a personal safe, air conditioner, and a mini-bar. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect for us - a short walk to cafés and restaurants. There was a particularly good restaurant, small supermarkets and a small supermarket next door...

the only nice thing about the hotel is that it is near the pool side, which is beautifully designed. however, given that sardinia is full of nice beaches, there is no point to count on the pool of the hotel of course.
the rooms were really depressing, lacked proper sunlight. the hotel design is nice in the common areas, but the rooms are really disappointing for the price paid. no access to wireless in this century is as well ridiculous. there is a 18th century pc in the hotel, and you can only connect from there. it takes 10 minutes to start up the computer, yet you need to pay 3 euros for first 15 minutes? felt really pissed not being able to use my own computer...plus the breakfasts are really limited as well. had to ask basic items so many times from the annoying waitress...and even could not receive a slice of bread, with a lame excuse....ahhh we dont have any bread in the hotel left..are u kidding me? I would say, simply do not stay there if possible, because it is simply not worthed your money. there are many nice alternatives in the villasimius area, campus area, even B&B would do better....

1) ants... not only in your room, but also at the diner table at the pool. 2) silt and slime at the pool bottom and when you enter a pool - in the water: it was not very terrible, but it has covered a big space. 3) breakfast. it was too poor.

Apart from the below, inside its fences the hotel offers a nice ambience of separated rooms with an outside entrance.
If you like the mind-sticking melody of Hollywood-pop-charts, you can enjoy them all morning at breakfast and all evening at dinner. Also the omni-presence of bright piercing cold-white naked light-bulbs will stick in your eyes, if you dare to look at them. Those are not uncircumventable issues though. The room prices could be a little lower for what it is.
